Our key software product, CostX, is a global leader in BIM-enabled estimating, 3D take-off, and 2D on-screen measurement for the building and construction industry.

We have offices around the world including the United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, United States and Malaysia. Due to the continued growth and expansion plan in Europe, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly-committed individual to join our London office whom will play a key role in driving further growth in this market.

The Position
The Inside Sales Consultant’s primary responsibilities will be to identify, develop and generate leads primarily through outbound calling. You will need a pro-active attitude, lots of enthusiasm and will need to be a genuine team player. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Seek and identify genuine opportunities by following up on leads and cold calling into targeted companies by phone and email
  • Engage with leads, identify Decision Maker, and articulate business value to prospects
  • Gather prospect’s needs and understand their business processes
  • Qualify leads and promote to our Sales Manager to develop and close the opportunity
  • Accurately record all interactions in the company CRM
  • Take incoming phones sales enquiries and reply to email enquiries
  • Engage with existing clients to expand their use of our software and training
  • Maintain familiarity with the marketplace and competing products
  • Attend trade shows and seminars

The ideal candidate would have the following experience and qualities:

  • High volume lead generation and/or sales experience
  • Prior B2B sales experience with professional services or technology products
  • Experience or knowledge of estimating or knowledge of BIM, would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Resilient and self-motivated to make cold calls and reach targets
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Organised, attention to detail and ability to document activities
  • Sound skills with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
