RISM International Surveyors’ Congress
Exactal is excited to be exhibiting at the RISM International Surveyors’ Congress, to be held in Kuala Lumpur from the 18th to 19th of June 2017 at the Istana Hotel.
The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) is a national body embedding four major surveying disciplines with up to 9,000 members spanning from the private to public sector. Having organised the annual International Surveyors’ Congress since 1999, the 19th instalment will address the ascension and deployment of Technology in the field of surveying. Additionally, the congress will host an exhibition with aims to foster collaboration amongst the diverse number of stakeholders within the property and construction industry.
Bearing the theme of “Technology and Surveying – The Next Generation”, the 19th Congress will focally explore how surveying practises will conceivably align with the National IT Agenda (NITA). The NITA was launched in December 1996 with the aim to utilise ICT to transform the Malaysian society into an information society and ultimately, a value-based knowledge society. Featured speakers and thought leaders at the Congress will question and evaluate if the field of surveying is in line with NITA, and further explore the utilisation of ICT and its capacity development commitment in surveying.
Being an important player in the digitalisation of the construction industry, this conference was a perfect choice for us to exhibit at. We look forward to this year’s exciting event and hope to explore how CostX® can help the Malaysian surveying market align with NITA! To register, simply click on the link below and submit your form!
