Exactal Expansion Continues with United Arab Emirates Office Now Open
We are pleased to announce that our UAE Exactal office is now open for business. Our new premises will be located at:
Level 44, Mazaya Business Avenue BB2, First Al Khail St, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai.
Our move into the United Arab Emirates has come about due to our wish to provide improved customer service to our rapidly expanding customer base in the region. We’re pleased to say that our new and existing customers will be able to call upon local Exactal representatives for assistance when needed.
The UAE represents strong potential for development of the Exactal brand, which is experiencing dynamic worldwide growth. As a global leader in BIM-enabled estimating and 3D takeoff for building and construction industries, we are confident that the popularity of our products will continue to expand.
EMEA Managing Director Steve Dousie said of the new office: ‘Setting up a location in the United Arab Emirates will allow us to build the Exactal brand in the region and make a stronger impression in an important market. We plan to quickly build our Dubai team, and are looking forward to establishing strong relationships with key local stakeholders. This is an important step in Exactal’s worldwide growth, and one that we’re confident will pay dividends in the long term.’

Established in Brisbane, Australia in 2003 to develop software specifically for the quantity surveying and estimating market, Exactal has continued to expand its worldwide presence. It now has offices in Brisbane & Sydney in Australia, London in the UK, Auckland in New Zealand, Austin in the USA, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Dubai in the UAE and Singapore and Hong Kong. The company also has sales and channel partner support across much of the globe. The main product CostX® provides an integrated BIM and 2D on-screen measurement solution with a unique integration between the cost estimates and the elements on the drawing files that the estimate represents. This approach keeps estimates up to date and allows drawing revisions to be easily evaluated to eliminate traditional scope creep in construction projects.
